Our resurfacing process begins with a thorough power wash using a 5,000 PSI pressure washer to ensure all surfaces are clean and properly prepared. Any spalled or damaged concrete is repaired with a lightweight, high-performance concrete mix to restore a smooth and durable substrate.

We then apply a premium multi-step polyurethane waterproofing system—consisting of a base coat and a top coat with aggregate. This advanced, moisture-cured, elastomeric coating is specifically engineered for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic surfaces.

This system offers exceptional crack-bridging flexibility, even in low temperatures, while protecting concrete from freeze/thaw damage. It provides outstanding resistance to abrasion, wear, water, and deicing salts—significantly extending the lifespan and durability of your concrete surfaces
